Although this is quite rudimentary, it will be updated soon to hopefully portray some sort of booze related images to subtly coax you into wanting to drink more of Texas' adult beverages.

With distilleries opening left and right and the addition of what seems to be a new brewery every time you blink, how can you run out of things to try?

I plan on writing up a little segment here and there when I try a new product. I will not be reviewing every beer or spirit I drink, because time does not permit (not saying I drink a lot or anything...).

There is a possibility of stories related to mass consumption and possibly a history lesson here or there (as I come across them).

Who knows what this will ultimately be, and please give me feedback on what you would be interested in reading. Anything helps!
